Meet Our Fitness & Movement Expert, Katrina Rogers

Fitness Expert
As a Movement Educator and Facilitator, it is Katrina's mission to increase individual awareness, creation and sustainability of body movement to re-educate, re-store, and re-energize the body's natural alignment and movement patterns. Katrina is dedicated to encouraging individuals to envisioning their life beyond the scale and to see how much more fulfilling their life can be with they engage in the process and take their fitness journey one step at a time. As a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sport Medicine; Katrina uses a systematic approach to meeting the fitness goals of her clients, that addresses not only weight and body composition goals, but other goals often overlooked. Some of these areas are muscle balance and strength, posture, gait, and joint strength and stability through full range of motion.
Katrina promotes physical movement and the movement of energy and ideas. She is the Co-Creator/Owner at InLoveWithMovement. She is the Founder and Head Coach of a youth Track and Field Club, Olympia Track Club, as well as the Jumps Coach at CastleView High School. She has a passion for dancing; so you will often see her out dancing various styles of dance throughout the week. You might even be lucky to catch one of her dance classes.
