​Culinary Nutritionist

For 16 years, Dee worked in the corporate world, where she was often challenged to find balance. At times, she ate an unhealthy diet because of her busy schedule, and she realized that many others sacrifice eating healthy for the same reasons. So, she decided to follow her passion and obtained a B.S. in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado.
​Now she's able to do what she loves ~ educating people on how to cook nutritious, delicious food! She’s also an instructor at Johnson & Wales University, where she teaches a Spa Cuisine course to future Culinary Nutrition students.

Lynda Lacher
​Therapeutic Chef & Culinary Instructor

​Lynda's specialty is teaching people the vital skill of cooking and making them efficient in the
kitchen! She offers personalized therapeutic cooking instruction with a customized nutrition focus designed to provide the foundation to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She also offers healthy kitchen/ pantry make-overs and cooking parties.
Chef Lynda is a graduate of, and former chef instructor at, Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Program, Brown College, MN. After moving to Denver, she created and taught the Natural Chef Program at the Nutrition Therapy Institute. Chef Lynda was the featured chef, and her recipes were published in the magazines, Indulge in Denver and Indulge in Boulder.
